Nick
Mize:
Nick Mize has been an actor and teacher for nearly three
decades. In New York, he made his off Broadway debut at the
prestigious Manhattan Theatre Club. He was a member of Providence,
RI's Tony Award winning Trinity Repertory Company, under the
direction of the legendary Adrian Hall. In television and
film, Nick has been seen on HBO's Carnivale, Malcolm in
the Middle, The Practice, Diagnosis Murder, Grounded for Life,
Pacific Blue, Kristin, Frasier, News Radio, The Pursuit of
Happiness, Love and War, Murphy Brown, Cheers, The Human Factor,
Against the Law, Spenser: For Hire, Interview with the Assassin,
and Beethoven.

Michelle
C. Bonilla:
With nearly 17 years in the acting business, ALMA Award Winning Actress, Michelle C. Bonilla, has trained and worked with some of the best teachers and actors in Hollywood (Sandy Marshall, Larry Moss, Brian Reise, Sam Christensen, Seth Riggs, Cherie Franklin, Stuart K. Robinson, and Scott Sedita, to name a few). Bonilla, most importantly, carries an acting dossier that may rival some of the most prolific actresses in the industry. She has played them all: from the Klingon dubbed Bu'Kah on "Star Trek: Enterprise", to Teresa Morales the first Mexican-American School Marm on "Dr Quinn Medicine Women", to the bilingual science teacher in "Unfabulous", among numerous others. Her most recent television appearance was as Elena Perez in "Shark", in which she played a terrified, grief stricken, mother, whose child was being held for ransom. And, on the Emmy Award Winning drama, "The Closer", playing a heroin addicted, Rosalie Romero. She can also be seen next, in her recurring role as the 'Brookville Nurse', on NBC's "Days Of Our Lives" as well as continuing her 12 Season on NBC's hit Drama "ER", playing 'Paramedic Harms'.
On the big screen, she is known for her acclaimed performances in the award-winning short, "Getting to Know You" written and directed by Liz Lachman in which she co-stars opposite a prestigious ensemble cast featuring Elizabeth Keener, Dana Delany, Anne Ramsay and Megan Cavanaugh; as well as the black comedy entitled "Kill Your Darlings" opposite multiple-time Emmy Winner John Laroquette, Benito Martinez (The Shield) and Greg Germann (Talladega Nights, Ali McBeal). She can be seen next on the big screen in 2009, opposite Olympia Dukakis, in the now titled "Montana Amazon". In addition to teaching, Bonilla continues to work, steadily, in film, television, and theatre.

Lynda Pyka (Synergy Kids/Synergy Teens):
Lynda Pyka has over eighteen years experience working with children from ages five to eighteen. She has taught and directed in both public and private schools such as St. Philip the Apostle (Pasadena, CA), Bellarmine-Jefferson High School (Burbank, CA), and Van Nuys High School, to name a few. She also served as Director of The ‘Peanut Butter Players,’ a Summer Youth Program in New York City, NY. In her work with young people, Lynda has taught everything from Bunraku puppetry to full blown musicals. Some of these productions include Godspell, Oliver, The Nerd, Peter Pan, and Charlie Brown.
Lynda holds a B.F.A. from Adelphi University in New York. An experienced actress, in her own right, she has performed in numerous productions on stage in both Los Angeles and New York City. Her credits include As You Like It, The Effect of Gamma Rays, Twains Diary of Adam and Eve, Laughter On The 23rd Floor, and her most recent role of "Nellie" in South Pacific.
Lynda’s past membership includes, The Magic Inch Comedy Troupe, and is currently a member of the Pasadena Shakespeare League, a philanthropic organization that benefits various worthy causes.
Lynda is dedicated in developing young actors to be well prepared and confident in the craft and business of acting. |
